Help using DearMemory
Tell us which page you were using, what you expected to happen and the type of phone, tablet or computer and browser you use. Screenshots are useful when they do not reveal private family information.
Privacy or account requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” for questions about personal information, access, correction, export or deletion. Identity may need to be confirmed before an account-related request can be completed.
Accessibility problems
Use the subject “Accessibility” and explain what was difficult to read, hear, understand or operate. Please include your device and browser if possible. Feedback about cognitive accessibility is especially welcome.
Dignity or safeguarding concerns
Use the subject “Safeguarding concern” if content or account access may place someone’s privacy, dignity or wellbeing at risk. Do not email passwords, detailed medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.
Professionals and organisations
Professionals, dementia groups and community organisations can use the subject “Professional enquiry” to request information or offer structured feedback. DearMemory is a family reminiscence service and is not a clinical, emergency or professional care-record system.
Urgent help
DearMemory is not monitored as an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. For urgent health, care or safeguarding help, contact the relevant health professional, local authority or emergency service.
